I don't care if you call it hand holding or coddling however I believe sitting back and just doing nothing is incredibly naïve and plain stupid. Therefore I personally have and will continue to voice my concerns to IR Dan Wong, Lorraine Cullivan and whoever else will listen.
Shareholders really need to keep management accountable with their feet to the fire. Our last SH letter was 2 1/2 months with a promised SH meeting sometime in June. Now we have learned the meeting has been pushed back to July/August. I have no problem with that but in the meantime they need to keep investors apprised to company developments with maybe some explanations as to what all these acquisitions may mean for revenues/profits going forward. We should not as investors need to try to connect all the dots and always guess and speculate as to what is happening.
Please please please everyone call and or EM your requests for a SH update to IR Dwong@ntek.com or Lorriane@netek.com. I have not only voiced my concerns to the company but have volunteered "my time" and have also made suggestions to promote our company to mgt and IR so it will be interesting to see their response.
I totally disagree with some of the board members who simply state sit back and relax but I have to agree with them that simply complaining on this message board is a waste the time. Get on the phone and or send the company something in writing and if enough of us do this they will get the message and comply. They do need us after all.
We have two great companies and much to look forward to but true long-term investors need to wake mgt up and let them know investors are not happy with the lack of communication.
Nice touch on the NTGL PR just released as it includes Al Stones direct e-mail. I think I may just send him an EM with some inquiries.
