PSGR....Hopeful1, I am fairly certain the transport company is the hauling company. Among their fields of expertise is rock hauling for mines. I was able to locate one of the two 'mines' (claims) listed by Pershing as included in the acquisition. One is definitely in Mojave County (Arizona) and I suspect the other is also in Mojave County. Precious metal mining in this region is small scale...still fits within the mining operation size that Pershing focuses on. If you researched the haul company acquisition (presuming I am correct on my identification), you will have noted it is very small...the operating/labor/equipment costs will not drain the money from the Marcos Project. BIG assumption on my part...the acquired truck (s), etc. will be moved to the Marcos site AND used to transport mine equipment for a Summer set up for operations. Yeah, I too have waited a long time for this puppy to get off the ground. Been with it since the XTCI iteration.
