Hill,
I saw the trucking company website of Simple Recovery Inc out of Kingman AZ, that you are referring to, but do you think that it is the same company? The website says that its a "transport company". In the acquisition PR it says "Assets of Simple Recovery being acquired by Pershing Resources include heavy equipment, mill equipment and, two precious metals mining properties located near Kingman, Arizona." I'm not sure but it might be a different company, I haven't checked.
I want to hear more about the properties acquired!! One of my favorite parts of the PR is: "We have acquired both equipment and man power sufficient to operate with independence and flexibility and avoid costs that had been holding us down.The two additional properties we now hold, are valuable, accessible, and documented to have a number of rich target areas already identified." Do tell!!! My other favorite part comes right after that when it says: "We now have capability and capacity within the Company to accomplish our objectives for Stage 2 of our production initiative on the Marco Project as well." It looks like Pershing now has the equipment, man power, and management to get this thing off the ground!! I haven't been in this for too long but I plan on being here for the long haul. This way too exciting to take the small profit I'm sitting on right now!!
