Makes sense, I've been thinking along those same lines. I think we can all agree that Cruz and company are not the "brain trust" on how to up-list, merge, spin-off Green Cures operations. You got to think their attorneys are advising them of the process, and we all know how slow and deliberate attorneys can be.
