Cruz's shares are restricted for one year and his first note conversion was mid last year or later. The rest of the BOD including Calkin's shares are available for sale. These people don't need the grocery proceeds they would have realized by selling their shares. If they are indeed pro MJ/MMJ and pro hemp then I doubt they would bother selling so early in the game. You seem to think like a true penny stock trader versus investor i.e. thinking more about the PPS instead of the big picture. If were Cruz I would give a shit less about the PPS or you or me or anyone else trading penny stocks. When we buy shares we buy them from other sellers and the company realizes zero capitol from it. If I were Cruz I would be looking to build the company and up list asap. He is the majority investor/shareholder in private company Green Cures. If he can convert enough value into public company GRCU and spin off Rico Suave in parallel then he might have a plan that includes a share buyback or share retirement between the merger and the newly formed public company spin off. The PPS could rocket well past .01 in a heartbeat! Then the covering and then the up list and then GRCU is off and running. The lower the value the PPS has then the more shares can be bought back and/or retired for the value the private company Green Cures brings with it. Pure speculation but that is the only reason we are here We all knew we weren't investing in a one month old multi-million dollar start up.
