Yes that's true, Its does cost NTEK more now if they do a deal
using shares, but in the long run the shares that NTEK issues
now are MINISCULE compared to the PROFITS ULTRAFLIX
will be generating in the months ahead...
I get your point about the SHORTS. Sure they are playing
their games. That's the reality of being a pink sheet penny
stock, but its just not a big deal in the long run scheme
of things. NTEK will beat the shorts handily in the days
ahead because we are PROFITABLE and GROWING FAST !
NTEK has no toxic financing to worry about like 99% of all
other penny stocks.
Even if NTEK maxes out the A/S to 1 Billion this year they
are still ridiculously cheap compared to the REVENUES and
PROFITS they will be generating in the future..
As we get into the second half of this year imo you won't
see the O/S go up anymore as NTEK will have enough
profits and leverage in other ways to make future deals.
