Everyone Read: That is a TERRIBLE MISCONCEPTION!
When people think they are buying shares, extra cheap, EXTRA CHEAP from WHO?
Instead of you paying .015 now to NTEK for a share... You are really paying someone who bought the share at .011... .004 for the share...
And the Company gets .011! Since they are not actually involved in the transactions anymore!
So now when this share ends up being sold for .022.. the same is true. The share doubled in value, but this value is being sucked out by SHORTS!
Why no one understands this is beyond me!
If NTEK gives paramount 2 Million Dollars in shares... They receive them at the price that is Extremely Suppressed.
This leads to more shares being issued, then would have had to been. So your shares are not cheaper, there is just more of them!
Also now if the Company had received fair value for their shares, they would have been able to acquire more ASSETS, and MORE Deals!
Instead of Getting GI JOE and INTERSTELLAR, they maybe would have got those 2 along with 5 or 10 other huge HITS!
The I know what I own, just needs to stop, what you own, is a company everyone is taking advantage of! And in order for you to make the same amount of money, you have to keep buying shares, because who can pass them up at this price!
THE PPS NEEDS TO BE RAISED! People need to stop going for the 10 million mark or the 25 million mark of shares, meanwhile.. the stock is down 8% today!
GUESS WHO MADE A BUNCH OF MONEY??? NTEK LOST VALUE, IF THEY ARE DOING DEALS, because they have t provide more shares!
