SirenGPS Agrees to Make HDSI License Exclusive
ST. LOUIS, MO -- April 30, 2015 -- InvestorsHub NewsWire -- HDS International Corp. (OTC: HDSI), a technology development company, today announced that it is in negotiations with SirenGPS to acquire the intellectual property previously licensed to HDSI by SirenGPS. Recently funded to bring technology licensed from SirenGPS to market, HDSI will begin selling SirenGPS emergency management, enhanced emergency calling and communication software in Missouri this Friday, May 1, 2015. The parties expect to execute a memorandum of understanding next week that will set out the terms for HDSI’s acquisition of SirenGPS assets in an asset purchase agreement. As part of that negotiation, SirenGPS has agreed to make the license that HDSI currently holds to develop and market SirenGPS emergency management technology exclusive effective May 1, 2015, subject to a right of reversion should the acquisition deal not be completed.
SirenGPS CEO Paul Rauner also indicated that the Company is moving forward developing marketing channels to supplement its direct sales efforts. The Company is currently negotiating with contract sales representation in Missouri and Florida to market emergency management in Missouri, Illinois, Florida and the country of Malta. The Company was recently invited to participate in emergency management training exercises in Lisbon, Portugal, and London England. Those exercises will take place in June and September of this year.
