The Series G preferred issued with a fixed 6 cent conversion with no future adjustments. The Discover Growth Fund specializes in small cap biotech stocks and their entry point virtually guarantees they would not be selling those shares for less than a double of what they paid for them. So 12 cents is a target when they decide to convert and sell those shares.but there are catalysts going forward that can send the pps higher. The sale or licensing of all or part of the diagnostic division is still on the table and known to the Discover Growth Fund and assistance from them is likely in preparing a transaction which will be beneficial to them and Amarantus. Of course, AMBS shareholders will benefit as well. That's why we are all here.
