IP - I think you are correct. NFLEX is leading NTEK capture a portion of MRKt and then will buy the whole NTEK for 5 bil which is not that much for NFLEX. Then they will dominate the whole spectrum 2K as well as 4K. But the problem is do Fed allow this? Hmmm. It may be another company trying to buy NTEK.
