I believe Dave was thinking about 4K back in 2012 2013. The infrastructure of UF is set up around getting it streamed to your house cheap and fast. That is why he went with Hurrican Electric as a backbone for the system and developed compression standards to lower the cost of NTEK to stream, then UF could offer the 4k at lower prices.
