I have said it before and I will say it again....If you involve the SEC, you are playing with FIRE!!! I guess people will learn the hard way! Say hello to suspension for 2 weeks.....then no bid on the greys.....then atleast 1 year to even get close to 15c-211 (MM sponsor) Thats all after paying for an audit and tremendous legals fees......then add another year for the back and forth crap. Trust me....I have experienced this process numerous times with previous investments a few years back....hard lessons learned! But hey...carry on!

Find another resolution! Who sits on the board again? Just saying....this is a nightmare thats getting worse and worse by the day!
