Thanks for the link Hand but it looks like someone has beaten you to it. I was contacted by them today asking about potential stock manipulation
Last May and other very serious allegations. It looks like several shareholders have initiated a process with the SEC and more are joining by the minute as are some ex employees tht are owed money and creditors that are owed money. This is only my opinion but the only way out of this for Victor is to resign and take a severance package of some description. If he stays it's starting to look like the sky will fall and fall hard
