By the way - have you offered your keen "scam identifier" skills to O'Brien and Gere?
I haven't.
I think you should reconsider - unless you lack conviction in your beliefs that you've been presenting to us for the past 5 years. Based on your posting history, I would be hard pressed to believe you lack conviction.

What you need to figure out is that PTOI can hire anyone, including O'Brian & Gere...but that doesn't mean the other party does thorough due diligence on the process before they do business.
And that's precisely why you need to call them up and offer up your services - think how grateful they will for having saved them all the humiliation of having their professional reputation sullied by being associated with the likes of the scam / fraud pyrolysis company PTOI. If you are truly interested in saving people from such spectacles you are compelled to call them.

I'll bet the Niagara Falls electric company only checked that the plant was serviceable with electrical power before they started selling power to PTOI...I'll bet they didn't do any due diligence on the process. I'll bet the NY Dept of Environmental Conservation only checked to make sure the emissions were acceptable--and didn't do due diligence on PTOI's process either.
With all due respect - in this matter, I fear that this statement applies to you:

You have a glitch in your thinking.
Unless I am mistaken, neither Niagara Falls Electric nor the NYDEC were hired to evaluate PTOI's processor, and therefore I would never expect them to do any due diligence on PTOI's process. O'Brien & Gere, however, were hired to do exactly that:

Most notably, the Company is working very closely with a highly regarded national engineering firm and its clients to complete sales of processors, which such firm is currently qualifying the JBI ‘Flagship Processor’ for sales to its clients. The Company intends to focus on the technology, develop unique feed systems for customer-specific requirements, and to manufacture the core processor components. In addition to its sales assistance, Company Management anticipates having the engineering firm install, operate and maintain processors as well as provide all auxiliary support systems. This will enable Management to focus on potential customer implementations. The Company has refined its ‘Flagship Processor’ to commercial ready standards and it is ready for sale.

In the past year that processor, and the rest of the Niagara Falls facility, has undergone extensive scrutiny and review by a national engineering firm. The Facility requires minimal preparation to be ready for the pilot to begin.

It would seem that O'Brien & Gere are in deep - I suggest you give them a call immediately. I can find a phone number for them if you'd like.

However every single association makes you and other victims squeal with glee at the perceived validation. That error in your logic is already costing you money. Keep fighting.
There is some truth here: the company's association with some former executives and employees have made some of us squeal - but not with glee. However, that is water under the bridge. Those associations haven't cost me yet since I haven't sold any shares, and I have reason to believe that my logic may well triumph circumstance here. I will, indeed, keep fighting. I trust you will do the same.
Should your contacts with EcoNavigation, PTOI, the ACC, or O'Brien & Gere yield any interesting or useful information, I would be grateful if you would post it here for all of us to learn from.
