Sorry for the delayed reply - I was still wondering why you linked an undated draft permit for JBI, instead of the actual one from the DEC website; whether or not you have contacted EcoNavigation and asked them the questions you are asking all of us about situations where a PTOI processor has value to an end user; and whether or not you reached out to the "thick skulls" at the American Chemistry Council to tell them that pyrolysis of waste plastic doesn't pencil out. Rational observers here would expect you to have answers to all these questions, in light of your posting history here.
I think you should reconsider - unless you lack conviction in your beliefs that you've been presenting to us for the past 5 years. Based on your posting history, I would be hard pressed to believe you lack conviction.
And that's precisely why you need to call them up and offer up your services - think how grateful they will for having saved them all the humiliation of having their professional reputation sullied by being associated with the likes of the scam / fraud pyrolysis company PTOI. If you are truly interested in saving people from such spectacles you are compelled to call them.

Unless I am mistaken, neither Niagara Falls Electric nor the NYDEC were hired to evaluate PTOI's processor, and therefore I would never expect them to do any due diligence on PTOI's process. O'Brien & Gere, however, were hired to do exactly that:
It would seem that O'Brien & Gere are in deep - I suggest you give them a call immediately. I can find a phone number for them if you'd like.
There is some truth here: the company's association with some former executives and employees have made some of us squeal - but not with glee. However, that is water under the bridge. Those associations haven't cost me yet since I haven't sold any shares, and I have reason to believe that my logic may well triumph circumstance here. I will, indeed, keep fighting. I trust you will do the same.
Should your contacts with EcoNavigation, PTOI, the ACC, or O'Brien & Gere yield any interesting or useful information, I would be grateful if you would post it here for all of us to learn from.
