What you need to figure out is that PTOI can hire anyone, including O'Brian & Gere...but that doesn't mean the other party does thorough due diligence on the process before they do business. You have a glitch in your thinking.

I'll bet the Niagara Falls electric company only checked that the plant was serviceable with electrical power before they started selling power to PTOI...I'll bet they didn't do any due diligence on the process. I'll bet the NY Dept of Environmental Conservation only checked to make sure the emissions were acceptable--and didn't do due diligence on PTOI's process either.

However every single association makes you and other victims squeal with glee at the perceived validation. That error in your logic is already costing you money. Keep fighting.
