Celtic,

If lets say as you mentioned on the average of 7 states being 400K for MAV for 2014. Now we have 40 states after getting a new pharmacy each earning 400k that would be $16M/mth, not so likely but something to ponder over.

Now if we just for hypothetical reason say we brought in 50% of that number we can and should easily be looking at $8M/mth , just on the Pharmacy business.

Now here is something to think about. You mentioned loosing CVS and not yet to be answered on what will happen , other than it owned 30% of the market. If lets say renegotiations doesn't work out for MAV with CVS I think there is another course for billing.

Assuming SCRC acquires the new pharmacy and all their license and assets including billing opportunities to its PBM which might include CVS. What's to stop SCRC to bill through the new pharmacy and regain all the sales we lost from MAV which was on a run rate of 60M/yr, 5m/mth. Plus the other sales I stated of $3M which I think is real conservative.

Now this could generate real good awesome revenue for the year destroying the projection of a 60m run rate for 2015, which I thought was low ball anyway. Now that's just the compounding business. Now we have 90% of PIMD who now can save us revenue by selling directly to MAV and the new Pharmacy on raw material. That savings wasn't even in the figures for 2014.

I don't know if any of this is true or possible but was just thinking out loud.

I don't understand much about the Dispensing other than its not a new concept but has some interesting twist to it. Each Doctor pays so much monthly/yearly, not sure which. All I got was it's like a Costco or Sams Club and make money on membership not so much on sales because they are discounted. Then here is the discount part of sales for SCRC as compared to the food clubs and that is PIMD can provide the incentive for the dispensary buy ins for Doctors who can make money on the discounts from PIMD who buys wholesale and can repackage and sell to the dispensary and lets not forget the Private pharmaceutical businesses. That's my take on that.

PIMD, as a unit to itself is going to be a good part of sales and saving to other business adventures. Possibly the mother ship to be reckoned with.
