Some other positive insights to look at:
1. Main ave has 7 states and we did approx 30m last year in revenue. I do not know how much each state accounted for but thats approx 400k per state. I realize that those #s were with Cvs who is 30% of the market so probably have to discount by a little.
2. If and when the new pharmacy happens we will have 40 states to do business in. thats 4x as many states to transact business with. Now I do NOT EXPECT THIS TO RAMP UP WHEN COMPLETE RIGHT AWAY. In my opinion it will take until q4 to ramp up and intergrate everything. However if you want to start plugging in your own calculations be my guest. Again I have no idea what will happen as its impossible to determine but if you wanted to plug in 100k per state that works out to 4m a month. Again this is hypothetical it could be a lot lower or higher. Considering we lost Cvs back out atleast 30% on your mathematical equations and for kicks see what you come up with.
3. It was stated at the conference that PIMD will double their states which is obviously a good thing. So if we had 14 states and move to 28 the liklihood of additional business is far higher. If we did 200k last month and that is speculation then with additional states 2x as much it would support favorable odds that we will be in good shape.
4. A few months ago we had 500 patients enrolled in the diabetic program and we did 100k in revenues. Now we have 1000 enrollments so one would think we are atleast equal or higher than 100k in revenue. If this can keep growing like this its conceivable that revenue will be pretty good. Again I don't see this as a homerun but very complimentary to their business.
5. Dispensing will take time and I would allow time for this to materialize. I have no idea how long the pilot program will be but I would think q4 2015 to q1 2016 that is a reasonable expectation for this to develop. We will have to see.
6. Rapimeds is often spoken about and to date has not produced anything. However, Bob seems very confident that this will deliver at some point. IF AND THATS A BIG IF THIS COULD BECOME VERY INTERESTING IF AND WHEN THIS IS SHIPPED IN 2015. I am cautiously optimistic that this can materialize in 2015. IF it does this will become a very energized STOCK YES I SAID STOCK.
