Remember in January of 2014 when Gerald said that they believed the "CPT Codes" for Lympro had dramatically increased it's "net present value" and that they were going to explore them first before they entered into a partnership on Lympro? Everyone was anticipating a Lympro partnership and the stock price fell from .137 cents back to below .07 cents. Has Gerald ever mentioned the "CPT Codes" since? No.
Remember a year ago when Dr. Stern was quoted as saying a blood test for diagnosing Alzheimer's was 5 to 10 years away? We shareholders were all aghast because at that time Gerald was saying they were going to introduce Lympro to the world at the Alzheimer's Conference in Coppenhagen! Lympro was to be "launched" commercially in 2014 and get a "significant portion" of the 150 million RUO market! How could the eminent Dr. Stern say such a thing, especially when he was working on LymPro for TBI? Is Big Pharma rushing to use Lympro a year later? No. Napodano's one million dollar estimate of revenue for Lympro in 2015 now seems optimistic!!
Did anyone hear anything in the CC yesterday that sounded like big things were about to happen in the next few weeks? I didn't. They have extended the ESS option to August 31st in order to figure out a way of monetizing the Diagnostic Division.....a perplexing problem considering it won't even be generating revenue till 2016!! I wonder why no shareholders were allowed to ask any questions in the CC yesterday? Now that's perplexing. NOT!!
Considering we really have nothing going on to get us above .10 cents in the coming months, and considering Gerald promised he would not reverse split or up list in the .10 cent range....what was Gerald basing all his exuberance on for the past 1.5 years....when he told us we were on target to up list by year end 2014?
Go ahead kool aid gang, criticize me for bringing up these difficult gaps in Gerald's credibility.....but what you should be doing is getting your heads out of the sand and emailing Gerald to come clean with us about all the false expectations he built in the weeks and months leading up to the billion share vote! That's what it's been about: figuring out a way of funding through dilution the many years it would take to commercialize MANF. Has Randal Grimes brought in any grants or non-dilutive funding in the past 1.5 years? No.
We've been duped! But on the up side, the year 2020 is shaping up to be HUGE for MANF!
