David, why you want to explain your personal stuff on message boards? If you want to do any favor for longs like us "who never sold a single share when having 10 x profits" is to "file audits" and "explain all the diluted shares capital going to".
Look at current share price no one has trust in the company except fool's like us who trust what ever you say.
