Everlert Inc. to Publish First Mobile Application Featuring Suge Knight

LOS ANGELES, March 12, 2015 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Everlert, Inc. (OTC:EVLI), an innovative entertainment and real estate company, announced that the first mobile application that is being rolled out in Everlert's joint venture with Gleopoint Mobility will feature Rap Mogul Suge Knight. The development of the app is part of an extensive intellectual property agreement with Suge Knight.
Suge Knight is a renowned music mogul and is the co-founder and former CEO of the powerful and influential Death Row Records, a hip hop and R&B music production company. Suge Knight's efforts and insight caused Death Row to dominate the rap charts in the 1990's with artists such as Dr. Dre, Tupac Shakur, and Snoop Dog, and many others, all of which generated revenues of epic proportions.
Everlert, based on agreements directly entered into with Suge Knight and together with its joint venture partner, Gleopoint Mobility, plans to release the first of a number of celebrity focused mobile applications. The release date for the Suge Knight App is expected to occur in the next few weeks. All underlying trademarked and copyrighted property will remain the property of their respective owners. Everlert, Suge Knight and Gleopoint will share in the revenues from application downloads and subscription fees.
