LOS ANGELES, March 9, 2015 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Everlert, Inc. (the "Company"
(OTC:EVLI), an innovative entertainment and real estate company, is pleased to announce that Everlert Entertainment has entered into an agreement with James "Mandingo Warrior" Kirkland to be his primary sponsor in the HBO televised fight against former Super Welterweight Champion Canelo Álvarez on May 9 at Minute Maid Park in Houston, Texas.
The extensive deal signed between Everlert Entertainment and Kirkland calls for the boxer to convey half of his intellectual property rights to a documentary of his life story, which is a motivational, comeback story of a truly unique fighter. Kirkland will also wear clothes and feature banners during his training and fight that promote Everlert Entertainment in addition to talking about the new entertainment division during interviews. The agreement also calls for Kirkland to convey half of his mobile and gaming rights, which Everlert plans to develop with its new partner, Gleopoint Mobility.
Kirkland said, "I am ready to put my life on the line and give it everything I've got. I am confident that I will win and start a powerhouse boxing franchise with Everlert Entertainment."
