You have a good point florda444. I've touched upon this subject as well a while back. As mentioned in prior posts I'm a Sr. Mechanical Engineer. The technique you refer to is has an industry buzzword or acronym known as JIT. It means "Just In Time" delivery. This strategy reduces costs and can test the product's market and/or marketability without being left with excessive inventory on hand. It could be the exact strategy GRCU is operating.
