With the person who showed the video and the person who was shown the video, that's at least one and potentially two of the remaining PTOI workforce. The only Google search for the quote was on this message board so I suspect it was e-mailed to ThePennyGuru and I also suspect ThePennyGuru isn't going to betray that confidence by disclosing who sent it.
