To provide some history, I invested in my first Baltia private placement six years ago. I’ve accumulated on the open market while also increasing my private placement position along the way. I communicate with Baltia’s management team every week to stay up to date on my investment.
I’ve never been more confident in my Baltia investment than I am today. I actually maintain this sentiment on a recurring basis. The reason for this is Baltia’s professionalism and transparency throughout the process. When I visit JFK, they always make themselves available. When I call them, they answer the phone. If they are busy, they call me back and address any questions or concerns that I have.
Furthermore, this is the final stretch of a long road and I’ve never seen management more determined and enthusiastic about what most Baltia investors know to be right around the corner. While the Evac exercise is a major accomplishment, it is just another task on Baltia’s checklist to certification... it just so happens to be in Phase III and one of two final hurdles.
There is no doubt in my mind that Baltia will achieve their Part 121 Certificate.
Just like Baltia purchased N706BL…
Just like Baltia received DOT route authority for JFK-LED…
Just like Baltia’s SAI and Operating Manuals were submitted and approved…
Just like Baltia’s maintenance requirements on the aircraft are completed…
Just like Baltia’s hiring of crew is completed…
Just like Baltia has persevered, PASSING Phases I and II and a portion of Phase III of the FAAs grueling certification process…
And just like a slew of other Baltia accomplishments, they will complete the Evac exercise and proving flights to obtain the Part 121 Certificate.
Baltia’s executive team has monumental airline experience and their relationship with the FAA throughout the certification process in Michigan has been nothing less than exemplary.
Without writing a novel, this is why I’m so confident in Baltia’s position in the process and what’s to come of this airline. The time is here and now.
