@ 2.5 Billion if you do a 150:1 restructure. Which seems to be on the books in my activity log...provided you have the 1.25 Billion reserve to cover the 1.25 Billion shorted and covered
You get 167 Million TORQ shares, if those never released...
My guess you only have about 40 Million common shares left based on 215-230 Million privately owned shares...
Makes merging with 20 Million NASDAQ ready pretty easy.when it sits @.002 and is registered in Delaware..
add In PTEL 20 Million expandable to a 100 Million SS registered in Delaware it would not take much... Remember that 20000:1 R/S. That is a $2-6 dollar ticket...
Makes .25-.50 short term reachable...
