Very interesting cash.........I think I remember when some companies get bought out by larger companies sometimes they keep the CEO running the company still with the P&L responsibilities just under a larger umbrella or a extension of that larger company I don't know about the brand, I do believe they keep it depending on how successful they were .

This would not be what your taking about that could happen piggy backing 3 companies as one
