Google, IBM, Apple, etc have a long list of NASDAQ subs...
Though if major principles owned shares and then legally shorted the shares down say to double the o/s and covered a majority of them. There would be, very few shares left to buy to own the company outright.
Might be able to pick up a Billion dollar asset for let say...
215-230 Million shares X $3.75 or less..
It also would create a write-off for big principle players...
