AMBS is hurting for money. As such, don't be surprised to soon hear about a drastic RS that the JV jet setting CEO kept claiming he didn't think would be needed. He'll need to do so to help uplist and attract money they can't seem to attract at this point. SO far nothing this CEO has done has helped put AMBS any closer to uplisting. In fact, it has made it more difficult.
