So massive dilution and increasing the authorized and outstanding shares to 2 billions shares is acceptable. My goodness; I will have to go back and read investing 101 all over with again.
Whether someone like Dave, JP or someone else is right, wrong or indifferent doesnt matter. The company doesnt need to mortage its future overnight; it should concentrate on which assets will generate revenues to offset the massive costs it takes to progress a pipeline. ESS has no strategic fit in this pipeline (better off selling that asset off to another firm to raise much needed cash.
Facts are facts...the CEO promised major non dilutive funding that has never materialized since he hired Randall Grimes well over a year ago (put people in place that can deliver the goods). Period!
