Warp: We differ in our opinion of how well Gerald has functioned as CEO. You obviously feel his forecasts and guidance over the past 2 years has been accurate, since you so zealously defend him, despite the horrendous performance of the stock and all the dilution.
I, on the other hand, do not feel his public statements and guidance have coincided with what has actually transpired. He said we were on target to up list in December, possibly without a reverse split. To say he was stretching the truth prior to the billion share vote in order to prevent the natives from getting restless..... is being generous.
If he starts making good on his guidance in the next few weeks, then great. But if we don't start seeing that "Lympro revenue that will change the math" and get that financial engineering, see the diagnostic spin off, and up list in the next 2 or 3 months.....I think Gerald is done. He will have exhausted his credibility....as AMBS' dive over the past 2 weeks suggests. .
No one believes him anymore. You can try to argue that point all you want, but from the time you and I started tangling....the stock price has crashed by 40%....evidence that my "concerns" have been 100% justified!!
I think if the company announced Dr. Lowe was going to replace Gerald the stock price would double immediately!
