I tried my hardest on this message board to warn people not to vote for the billion extra authorized shares....especially after Gerald didn't deliver on several promised catalysts by summer's end.
Warp, Southbreeze, longboarder, brick, Zoom, maui, redspeed, Natural Treasures, Tanis, chris gobears, cannoli, etc, etc all criticized me for saying this. They called me mentally disturbed! They attacked me like a wolf pack.The stock price was above .10 cents in September of 2014. These intolerant longs have been deriding me about my "concerns" ever since, even as their stock price has been cascading downward over the past 6 months!!
Maybe if shareholders had raised a more unified voice against the billion extra shares, Gerald and management would have pursued a different course, one that didn't dilute us into oblivion!
Upper management all get millions of options to buy shares on the cheap up to ten years from now or even longer. They are immune to the ravages of dilution to the stock price over the short term. All the selling this past 2 weeks is probably AMBS diluting in order to fund all their acquisitions!
