note the last 2 timestamps today

$0.085 13,391 OTO 13:43:38 ** 3 longs' @ bid filled in total
$0.0897 1,000 OTO 13:41:21
$0.0949 500 OTO 12:54:28
$0.085 4,000 OTO 12:53:52 >> fed to CDEL on bid bypassing 3 known *legit* bids
then check *activity* >> er >> falloff and note the *similarities*
oh yeah there was also another legit bid in place @ 085 after 13:44PM
JIC .. the usual *ensued* so a complaint could be filed with finra for
*observation* >> if needed
interestingly it was as if *news* was sourced elsewhere .. or maybe some
finally bought a clue and did some DD *relevant* to P2O in 2015 ..
