"Actually a brilliant strategy....PTOI settles with Seneca and instead of paying right away will make him wait for the duration of the mortgage to get paid. Every month will be a reminder to Seneca how he was outsmarted by PTOI."
I actually agree with that...except I suspect Mr. Seneca won't see any money from PTOI, ever. I know PTOI had to show funding for clean up as part of the permit in case things just didn't pan out. Hopefully Mr .Seneca doesn't get stuck with that environmental bill.
Mr. Bordynuik also played "billionaire Meyer Luskin" for a fool. Mr. Bordynuik certainly has the last laugh.
