Actually a brilliant strategy....PTOI settles with Seneca and instead of paying right away will make him wait for the duration of the mortgage to get paid. Every month will be a reminder to Seneca how he was outsmarted by PTOI. Meanwhile PTOI will be selling processors month after month making millions!....Millions!...Millions! ha,ha,ha,ha,ha,ha
