This doesn't impact AMBS at all, they played by the rules with DioGenix and that is also mentioned in the article. The purpose of the article is to paint Christie in a negative view (that's not very hard) so of course every point in the article is going to be demeaning to him. Both companies followed the letter of the law, whether its scandalous or not.
