NT, check the details again. The RS was 1:125 but it wasn't a proportional RS. The outstanding and authorized shares changed by different ratios. It's not something Amarantus is allowed to do without a shareholder vote. I think the intent of it being mentioned on the board was in regards to how well the stock has done after uplisting.
