Who cares? We were discussing specifics of Nevada law, not the RS that would be needed. Gerald and Robert gave an example to explain the concept, not as an example of the ratio they were contemplating. Gerald has continued to state that a RS may not be necessary if the market reacts favorably to upcoming milestones.
