I've never suggested the company would RS to targe

Please provide us with a list of your "concerns" that have all come true. Should be entertaining reading.
The phone call where JP told me he held a core position and a trading position was over a year ago, dude. I don't know if he actually trades or not. I stated what he told me, nothing more. He sent a copy of a recent account statement indicating 1.85 million shares, and stated he sold 150K shares a while back for something needed for his daughter. In our conversations a year ago, I remember he indicated he held 2 million shares.
He claims to have never told me he held a core and a trading position. I disagree, as I have little trouble recalling the conversation, and I have spoken with others who heard the same claim. I have no proof of this statement since it was made during a phone conversation (and I don't typically record those). JP and I agreed to disagree and drop the matter. So how about you not bring it up again, at least as far as I'm concerned?
Only an idiot would buy AMBS on margin when they clearly don't have the funds available to cover a margin call during a decline, and would have to resort to selling their AMBS shares, as they did during a period of reduced income from their job. Sound like anyone we know? It's risky enough being invested in this development-stage biotech, without the added risk of margin calls. I assume you understand that if you buy on margin at $4 and the price drops to $2, you will lose your ENTIRE investment. The investor who buys with cash only has a 50% paper loss and no requirement to sell. Not the case with margin investors. But please, if you believe this is savvy investing, go for it.
Also, grow a thicker skin, Dave. You can certainly dish it out but cry like a girl when you think anyone is "attacking" you. It's truly comical.
