After a day of thought and quite a lot of reflection, I have to say The person with the handle Churbz83 is nothing more than a snide Cyber Bully.
Yesterday was the second time he has made mention of having a face to face encounter with me.
The truth is, I don't know who his/she is or where they live. I am now very uneasy about that.
They expressed a personal urge to threaten and physically harm or hurt me. That is Cyber Bullying. There is nothing else to call it.
To call it a "joke" or "teasing" is just to be complicit and turning a blind eye. Anyone can sign on to message boards nowadays. Comedians and Crazies alike.
I think the last 3 months of their behavior and language has set a pattern. A pattern that is completely against the Code Book of what Investors Hangout prides itself on.
I was going to demand a public appology, but that too would be turning a blind eye to what Cyber Bullying truly is.
He / or she crossed the line. I request an immediate removal from this board. This person has repeatly bashed the company and has made countless "Personal" attacks on the CEO of Amarantus and to other on this board.
It truly is not ok or acceptable and absolutely should not be tolerated. I will admit I have had some exchanges that were less than mature, in my defense, I do not tolerate bullies, in "real" life and certainly not on a Private Secure Stock Message Board.
There were others that encouraged that behavior and actually offered to put up money to see it happen! They too consistently add posts that are racist, and antagonizing.
I have hit a breaking point. I am sick and tired of these people be allowed to do what they; not only on a daily basis, but nearly a minute by minute basis.
1) DaveLudlow has logged in for nearly a year with his SURNAME in his handle. clearly a violation of the very first rule!!! RULE #1.
He consistently antagonizes and violates a number of other rules which will be highlighted below. That is still after repeatedly being asked to cease by a number of other board members.
His comments are rude, offensive, promote discrimination based on race, sex, religion, nationality, disability, sexual orientation or age, be threatening, abuse or invade another's privacy, or cause annoyance, inconvenience or needless anxiety and harass, upset, embarrass, alarm or annoy any other persons on this board.
Loco Motion comments promote violence, promote illegal activity and are bordering containing material which is obscene, offensive, hateful or inflammatory, material which is defamatory of any person, harassing, defamatory, abusive, threatening, harmful, obscene, profane, of an inappropriate sexual or homophobic nature, racially or religiously offensive is not acceptable against others here and most importantly against the CEO.
This is a plea to those that believe that this board has been soiled and littered by such posts and posters.
It is not my responsibility to constantly add people to the ignore list. It is the responsibility of Investors Hangout to keep its site, a respectful, safe place to enjoy exchanging and learning ideas from one aother.
Anyone who feels the same, please respost and send on to Admin. Fill this board with this post today to stand up to these people and show Admin it is not OK. It's gotten out of hand and is way beyond tolerable. There are others here who are actually scared to post because of being threatened of being "attacked" physically and verbally. That is fear. That is the direct cause of bullying on this board.
Those same people take their message to Other boards and social media sites to promote the same message. The message of Hate and Fear Mongering !
I for one am over it. I would hope and encourage others who feel the same way to take action as well. If one stays silent, it only allows the bullies to win.
Thank You for allowing to me voice an honest and legitimate concern.
I hope these people are banned for their continued actions. It has not been a single incident, yet a long pattern of behavior.
I would hope that would send a strong and clear message that 1) Investors Hangout is better than all other site because they do not allow, permit, condone, promote such activity and 2) that such behavior will be deal will swiftly and sternly.

On a similar note, participating in spam attacks by many users working together on the "Investors Hangout" Boards or planning a spam attack on the "Investors Hangout" Message Boards is unacceptable, and these actions will be reported to your ISP.
6. Off Topic
Posts and topics on stock boards must have some sort of quality to them, and topics should be worthy of discussion. While topics can range in topic, it doesn't mean you can make "any" topic you wish. They must maintain a level of quality on any stock board. Topics such as the following should be avoided:
- Not be about things you have eaten, clothes you are wearing, or other related items. Telling people where you are going, what you're doing at the time, etc. These are Ok on member boards but not on stock boards.
- No porn.
- No Posting games on stock boards.
- No lewd, rude, racist, or offensive posts/threads (keep language usage at a PG level).
- No trolling (posting an obviously negative post/thread to elicit an angry response).
- Be respectful and polite to other message board members.
- "I'm leaving" type threads are not permitted as they most often contain zero discussion value on any stock boards.
- Short posts such as "lol" and "ok" are considered spam/Off Topic and will not be tolerated on any stock boards.
7. Professional & IRP Members
"Investor Hangout" IRP members or Investor relations professionals are the pivotal link between their organization and the outside world. They are a key corporate resource, disseminating information to shareholders, financial professionals, and potential investors about their company's competencies, competitive advantages, strengths, weaknesses, strategies, vision and mission -- the objective being to ensure that the company will be accurately valued in the marketplace.
Investors Hangout requires all professional members to declare their status and maintain an IRP membership status while involved in any Investors relations organization, Investors Hangout cannot guarantee that all will do this. The absence of an IRP Disclosure/Disclaimer should not be construed to indicate the poster is not subject to Section 17(b) of the Securities Act of 1933. Investors Hangout does not watch or track any promotional activity engaged in by IRPs or members and we are not party to their promotion agreements.
