Redspeed: Rather than making a sarcastic reference to me regarding "small molecules," why don't you display your knowledge of what Dr. Urano is currently focusing on regarding MANF? That is the context of our message board "small molecule" debate.
Please, give us your explanation of what Dr. Urano currently thinks regarding MANF in the treatment of wolframs/diabetes. (Not the treatment of eye damage caused by wolframs/diabetes. That is not in dispute)
Enlighten us. Urano blogs daily. It should be easy for you to demonstrate how he is currently favoring recombinant MANF over "small molecules" to treat wolframs/diabetes.
