What there is too think about , is the that Victor has had ample time to close a deal. One fricking revenue producing deal...HE DIDN'T. Reading the financials and look at the stock issued and the money spent, on INSURANCE, BENEFITS, SALARIES, ETC.. I have send plenty of evidence and know for a fact that Victor deserves to go , and whatever wrath the SEC decides, so be it. This CEO has been toxic for this stock, but so has his predecessor.
