It was unfortunate that the vendor hired by the company didn't complete the work they were hired to do, and I agree the company could have managed expectations better, but you fail to address the Money Runners involvement in pumping the share price to almost 0.20 before the event, and then dumping tons of shares. How is that the company's fault?
My share value dropped $500K in a single day. Did you see me freaking out like many here? No, because it's a paper loss just like it was a paper gain, and my outlook has always been long-term. Do I wish I would have sold some at the peak like some her claim? Of course, but that's not why I accumulated a large share position, to be a swing trader. But I wonder if there was a requirement to show proof of those profits claimed, how many here would be able to actually show proof.
If someone actually traded during that rise and made a good profit, I'm happy for them. But I expect to make a great deal more than that with my investment held long-term. Pansy investors with no stomach for the ups and downs have no business being invested here.
well said Warp!
Here's a nice quote from the movie Rocky Balboa that some pansy investors can learn from:
"Let me tell you something you already know. The world ain’t all sunshine and rainbows. It’s a very mean and nasty place, and I don’t care how tough you are, it will beat you to your knees and keep you there permanently if you let it. You, me, or nobody is gonna hit as hard as life. But it ain’t about how hard you hit, it’s about how hard you can get hit and keep moving forward. How much you can take and keep moving forward. That’s how winning is done!
Now if you know what you’re worth, then go out and get what you’re worth! But you gotta be willing to take the hits. And not pointing fingers saying you ain’t where you wanna be because of him, or her, or anybody! Cowards do that and that ain’t you! You’re better than that!"
