Can you point to the actual SEC document making this claim? The deal with the small biotech didn't clarify ANYTHING about revenue or test price. I think what you are grabbing is a theoretical price offered by GC to make a point but not an actual concrete cost per test.
If that's who you're referring to, you should come up with a new screen name that doesn't include "expert".
