No. What you stated is that it wouldn't permanently break a dime until 4th quarter. With your upper end of .15 at MOST reached Jan 1st. 2016.
If I didn't think it would break a dime until 4th quarter (which is %20) I wouldn't invest in a penny stock. It's possible to do research, reduce my risk significantly and get closer to that with more stable investments. As you stated, if you feel there will not be any significant movement until 4th quarter, why would you hold the money in a risky penny stock. I'd invest it elsewhere until my timeline approached.
Your actions paint a different picture than your words. You're invested now because you believe there is a good possibility there will be a greater return of %20 PRIOR to 4th quarter. I'm not bashing this belief as it's what I believe.
However, if I BELIEVED as you do that I can buy in at less than a dime prior to 4th quarter and reap 20%-90% then.....well, I'd invest elsewhere until that time.
