it's difficult for me to assess how far our MANF patents go, and I keep my assumptions just above conservative. One would never truly know until in a specific circumstance, a legal ruling was made, as a patent is nothing more that a right granted by the state, and rights of course are interpreted in the courts.

I think our we own rights to MANF far beyond the narrow scope suggested by some on here of only recombinant/injectable MANF. There is no way we would so easily engage with academics otherwise.

But I know we don't own anything and everything that involves MANF directly or indirectly.
