Barcode27 nice work! MANF is being seen across the spectrum of medical research as a key catalyst in the healing of cells regarding the treatment of a myriad of diseases. It is not surprising that its' absence is now being traced to diseases, and thus could be used as a biomarker itself!
There are many people following the AMBS story, and it may be that the "Manf story" is beginning to reach critical mass in the estimation of many biotech investors and that it is becoming increasingly evident that BP or BB is going to be entering the fray soon. That is really all that is needed to begin an accelerated buying spree in the open market and when that begins, it will feed itself, because watchers will become chasers. That may in fact be what we saw Friday, or it could of course be that news has already leaked. In any case there will be lots of attention on AMBS this week to see if there is follow through. As the old adage goes, "Follow The Money"! I expect some intriguing news this week. If we get substantive news, it could be the start of the 2015 we are all expecting!
