Some were surprised back in Nov when the ESS deal was announced and the stock didn't move. Why would it as many things could happen that prevent the deal from closing. What's the deal worth after close...

Keep in mind Amarantus market cap is $65M at the moment.

Now if AFIRM grant come in at $18M or more, it's going to get even more interesting.
