Micro, I believe what you are conveying here, but I find it hard to accept. Believe me when I state that I'm not shooting the messenger.
That sentiment of Bob's IMO assumes that the rodeo riders who got bucked off the CWRN bronco were able to get back on.
This saddle bronc rider had several financial rib bones broken on last year's big fall, and has attempted a few more draws on that bronco, only to break a leg and rub his hands raw from the rope.
The smart riders jumped clear before getting thrown, and have lived to ride another day. That's what separates the winners.
Letting some riders draw a lame horse is no solution, IMO. When does Bob address THAT situation?
Bobs reason to me for delaying financials (if he does) was that he promised previous rodeo riders more time to buy cheap to make up for losses on previous rodeos.
