Thanks for your proactive stance in dealing w not

Thanks for your proactive stance in dealing w not just CWRN but also other co's also while most penny traders seem to do nothing active to get answers. My best friend dragged me into this- something I was never interested in because inter alia I figured the market was full of corruption from top to bottom (and I had already seen plenty of that in my fields) and now I know it is. I certainly didnt bargain for having to spend 1000's of hours babysitting this and learning about such things as otc/dtc/mm's /brokers/shorters etc. How do u win when the only penny stock w real and greatly improving fundamentals has a share price drop like this.
I also spent scores of hours talking w brokers-only a handful allow trading in CWRN-etrade,just 2 trade ,vanguard, Charles Scwab,Fidelity, any others? (and some of those have surcharges for pennies-good place to start in broker search is brokerreview.com is the site I think-)- and there was only 1 broker that MIGHT allow transfer of CWRN shares-which I will reveal privately so shorters etc dont work on said broker to stop said practice-if indeed that broker does allow transfer-and the proof is only when u go thru the laborious process (which I'm tired of trying to do) successfully.
E,TD, Fidelity and Penson brokers etc dont allow transfer-I posted all these things on other board months back but the landscape has only gotten worse since then. Rocket and Balahi successfully transferred CWRN shares (as they publicly posted on other board -which is why I mention it here) to Fidelity but Fidelity wouldnt allow me to do so- saying they wont allow transfer of any stocks with a pps below 75 cents pps and that if anybody else was allowed to transfer CWRN in it was a mistake!!
Bobs reason to me for delaying financials (if he does) was that he promised previous rodeo riders more time to buy cheap to make up for losses on previous rodeos. My point to Bob was/is 1) if brokers dont allow u to buy how is anybody going to make money and broker restrictions-only a few allowing buying - is a continual drag on pps 2) after talking w scores of brokers the things they mention most often as reason for broker restrictions is lack of current financials followed by a pps below 1c. So the easiest thing the company can do to ease such restrictions is to file financials, which should bring pps above 1c and kill 2 birds w 1 stone.
3) filing financials will not prevent previous rodeo riders from buying or profiting -will allow them more brokers to do so 4) Bob gave promises of major move soon and often said "in a few months" back in early 2011 plus PR's re uplisting and posted emails re same-so those who trusted in and relied on Bobs promises didnt sell w the herd in Jan-March 2011 and kept buying-as pps should've been 10c by Dec 31 2011 (based on my extensive research re how pennymarket works-I'm an avid learner and process vast amounts of info quickly-causing my professors to fall out of their chairs - often saying "you've learned in a minute what usually takes a semester to learn"-and these were all advanced honors courses-so there was never anything academic I couldnt understand-but I still dont completely understand humans and that is what we are dealing w here)
5)people are hurting -losing homes and even their lives (as my best friend did) due to these pps manipulations w a pps now less than 1/8 of pps Feb 2011-despite much stronger company fundamentals 6) bashers/shorters are profiting from lack of posted financials while those who believe in the company are hurt -
Its possible financials are delayed due to Bao dealings and privacy re Bao until the Bao relationship is publicly revealed-Bobs been very secretive re Bao (other than the pics and posted emails-hasnt even whispered about Bao to me-which tells me negotiations are real, serious and covered by an NDA). Its also possible financials will be filed soon- as a totally independent source told me.
Bob could set a floor pps at which time co would buyback to support pps-but as rrr1 indicates he apparently doesnt feel that will work? I believe he does believe pps will not fall much below current pps and will trade in a range without any co involvement in the market.
