Dave,
Seriously, all AMBS shareholders just got great confirmation on two fronts.
1. The settling of the lawsuit
2. Further evidence that Gerald can get extremely reasonable financing that tides him over until the catalysts and revenue start.
Look, even I was a tiny bit skeptical months ago when officers where taking shares as salary to stave off the financial problem a few weeks. I was also just a wee bit skeptical when we got some financing through issuing E class (or whatever they were) for current share prices. However, now we got financing at future projected share prices.
Not aaying it will hit that mark, but no one throws good money after bad, when they already stand to lose a fortune. Private meetings for private financing is vastly different than what us poor slobs get or hear.
So, why are you still concerned about who said what when and if their or your concerns were valid 6 months ago?
Relax. Life isn't bad today. Sun will shine, snow will melt, and the grass will slowly turn green.
